"Honorary Professor of OSU" Title

Today OSU Scientific Council awarded Takayuki Ebata from Hiroshima University with “Honorary Professor of OSU” title.

The cooperation between Hiroshima University and Orenburg State University has been actively developing since 2006. The scientific and educational exchange is provided for the strengthening of collaboration. Professor Takayuki Ebata has been coordinating the cooperation questions from Hiroshima University side since 2007 — assistance for academic and student exchange; participation in organization of scientific workshops “Magnetic phenomena in the physical chemistry of molecular systems”, provided in OSU and Hiroshima University and contribution for the International Russian-Japanese conference “Chemical Physics of Molecules and Polyfunctional Materials” (2014).

“Advanced and Integrated Science” summer schools were conducted for OSU students and postgraduates in Hiroshima University by his initiative last years, where professor Ebata presented a cycle of lectures. The students from faculties: Physics, Mathematics, Architecture and Construction, Philology and Journalism, Economics and Management got summer education in this school.

During the International Scientific Russian-Japanese conference “Chemical Physics of Molecules and Polyfunctional Materials” Takayuki Ebata offered new educational programs on the base of Hiroshima University.
