On February 22, OSU Department of Legal and State Theory and Constitutional Law together with the Faculty of Economics and Law in Aktobe Regional University K. Zhubanov organized the international scientific and practical conference «Modern Problems of Human Rights Protection».

The conference gathered students, undergraduates and educators from Kazakhstan and Russia, as well as members of state bodies and non-governmental human rights organizations. They identified current challenges for human rights protection, analyzed the implementation f labor rights during the pandemic, focused on the rights for migrants, discussed anti-corruption measures, etc.
