OSU hosted All-Russian contest Tolles Diktatš— 2021

German Total Dictation was held in OSU on January,š19. OSU students, students from Orenburg high schools and colleges, German language teachers and all comers got a chance to test their knowledge of this foreign language.
This annual event has become a tradition for Orenburg State University. This year the university hosted it for the fifth time. The All-Russian contest was first organized inš2013 on the initiative of the Tomsk Regional Russian-German House. The main goal is to popularize the German language and to motivate learning it.
The contest’s participants defined their level of German (á1, A2, ÷1, B2) and got the respective assignments.
— This year we record a greater number of participants who have registered to write the dictation in our university,š— says Irina Gulyaeva, senior lecturer from the Department of German Philology and Methods of Teaching German,š— Educators from our Department acted as reciters.
After summing up the results, OSU experts will select the best works in each category (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1). Those participants with the least number of lexical and grammatical errors in their dictations will be winners and get certificates on their German language proficiency.
