OSU is helping to go on study tours in Eurasia

On September 22–23, OSU held an international online seminar of the Erasmus+ project “From University to the 21^st century labor market: a step towards employment — UNILAB”.

It united 70 students and teachers from universities in Spain, Austria, France, Russia, Belarus and Azerbaijan, as well as their partners in business.

The organizer of the event, Barcelona School of Management, offered a very interesting and useful agenda. Speakers from Pompeu Fabra University and Barcelona School of Management (Spain), University of Applied Sciences Krems (Austria), the University of Lille (France), as well as representatives of European companies — employers shared their experience and ideas about on-the-job training of students and their further employment.

The seminar studied and discussed the role of university career centers and the role of public organizations and employers. European students gave a talk on their personal on-the-job trainings and the qualifications required.
