International Forum “Eurasia Global” starts in Orenburg region

On September, 2 the V International Youth Forum “Eurasia Global” started. 10 volunteers and 15 OSU members attended the forum. All of them are the university’s students and young employees.

This year the forum has two peculiarities. It is the first time that Eurasia Global is held under the aegis of UNESCO and the first time it is held mostly online. The forum has united more than 500 young people from 50 countries off line and about 1000 people online.

The opening ceremony took place in Orenburzhye sport complex. The participants met the forum’s Directorate. Guest stars and popular artists from Orenburg gave a performance on the opening ceremony.

“The opening ceremony of international youth forum “Eurasia Global” was great as ever. Artists from Orenburg have demonstrated their talents and a progfessional work of the team is eveident” — said Maria Brusilova, the forum’s participant and OSU employee.

The forum has business part, communication space, and cultural program. The organizers announced that many events of the forum would be devoted to the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory.

Good job of volunteers worths mentioning. Many young people including students from OSU help to organize the forum’s sites. Volunteers are also to monitor keeping protection measures from corona virus.
