OSU Starts V International Online Summer School “Modern Russian Science and Culture”

Online training for students from OSU and partner universities will take place on September 7–11.

This year the annual international summer school will be organized online. Co-partner universities are Hiroshima University (Japan), Ehime University (Japan), Tashkent Transport University (Uzbekistan), the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém (Portugal), Osh State University (Kyrgyzstan), and South China Normal University (China). Registration for participants is open till September 5.

“We tried to develop short but extremely eventful program. Professors of our university are actively involved in the process, and we appreciate that” — said Lyiudmila Dokashenko, Director of OSU Department of International Cooperation and Education Development. “We will tell about Russian culture, peculiarities of doing business in our country, Russian national costume design, legal system in Russia, and even physics and geography. There also will be a master class on making Russian souvenirs and virtual tour around OSU”.

Yesterday, there was another meeting to dicuss issues on organizing the international summer school: online videconferencing, study topics, itenerary, vertual tour around Orenburg, etc.
