A famous pianist Shino Hidaka shared her words of encouragement and sent musical greetings to Orenburgers

A graduate of the Moscow Conservatory and the winner of many international music festivals, a pianist Shino Hidaka recorded a video message with words of encouragement to Orenburgers.

A touching music video tells how she hopes for everyone to be happy and healthy. She is also longing to visit Orenburg again, which has become her "second homeland".

Shino has a long-standing friendship with our city. At the invitation of the OSU Japanese Information Center Shino has already visited our city three times and gave gorgeous performances in the regional Philharmonic Concert Hall as a part of the festival "Days of Japan in Orenburg".

Shino Hidaka started her career when she was five. In 2014, she got her Master's degree at Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. A year later, she entered Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory in the class of Professor Yuri Slesarev. She is the winner of several national competitions in Japan. In 2012, she became a gold medalist of the V International Piano Competition in memory of Emil Gilels in Odessa, and she got "Best performance" award for playing her own music "Rhapsody". In 2013, when taking part in the V Tbilisi International Piano Competition, she became a semi-finalist and received a prize from the Tbilisi State Conservatoire Grand Hall.
