It took place in Cheboksary and welcomed 35 members from 17 Chinese universities and more than 30 members from 23 universities in the Volga Federal District. Igor Komarov, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District and Wang Yang, Member of Chinese State Council participated in the sessions of the Forum. Further development of students and staff exchanges, increase in research and teaching publications, joint training programs were the most popular issues to discuss.
