Physics, Chemistry and … philosophical intepretation

On October 30–31 Orenburg State University hosted the IX Russian-Japan Conference “Chemical Physics of Molecular and Polyfunctional Structures” that takes place every two years.

Papers for the conference were presented by the scientists from Russia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and the Ukraine. The conference participants discussed fundamentals of molecular optics, bio and optoelectronics, photonics of molecular systems.

On the eve of the conference Zhanna Ermakova, OSU Rector, Svetlana Pankova, OSU Prorector for Economics and Strategic Development, Viktor Zhadanov, OSU Prorector fro Scientific Research and staff members met with the members of the partner-university — Hiroshima University (Japan) — Prof. Inoe, Prof. Sekiya, Prof. Suzuki, Prof. Ebata, Prof. Tanimoto.

Traditionally the conference program had a round table “Philosophical challenges of Modern Physics”.
