Summer vacations in the Czech Republic

During summer vacations professors and students from OSU Faculty of Philology and Journalism visited the Czech Republic.

To practice Czech language and to immerce into the culture with a unique history and architecture are the main goals of the trip — comments Juliana Pichtina, Head of Russian Philology and Methods of Russian Language Teaching Department.

The group went on many excursions: they enjoyed St. Vitus Cathedral in the historic downtown of Prague, gingerbread houses in the old city of Czeck Krumlov. They also couldn’t help visiting Germany with touring the Old Masters Gallery in Dresden with its masterpieces by Rafael, Rembrandt, Velaskes, Van Deik, Titian, Caravaggio.
