OSU won the competition “Our trademark” held during the Regional Fair “Menovoy Dvor — 2018”.

The university presented a smoked sausage “Salami Super”. It is the research finding of the OSU graduate Vera Voloshina. Mikhail Romanenko, Senior Teacher of the Biotechnology of Foodstuffs from Animals and Aquaculture Department and scientific supervisor of the Project, comments that the Novotroizk meet factory “Dolina” is producing the sausage already.
