OSU in the rating of Interfax improved its positions

The OSU improved its position in the project of Interfax Information Services Group — the National Rating of Universities of Russia.

OSU was one of the top 100 universities in Russia (out of 288 participators). Last year, it held the 128^th position out of 264 universities. The list was formed by a linear combination of parametric ratings: Education, Research, Social Environment, Internationalization, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Brand. Orenburg State University significantly improved its performance in three categories of evaluation: “Research”, “Social Environment” and “Internationalization”.

By the parameter “Studies” the university rose by 15 positions. OSU moved from 196^th place to 73–75^th in “Social Environment” section. The university rose to 25 lines and now occupies 56–57^th place in ‘Internationalization” category.
