About people and traditions in the animation of different countries

On International Children’s Day OSU international students presented popular animated pictures of their native countries at the event “Around the countries and continents ... with cartoons”.

The review started with the Soviet cartoon “Gena the Crocodile’, which turns50 years this year. An Armenian animated film “The Lazy Uri”, a Kazakh cartoon “Wisdom and Wealth”, a Turkmen animated picture “The Winged Donkey”, a Korean cartoon “The Sun and the Moon”, an Indonesian cartoon “The Lion and the Mouse” recaptured the life style of the peoples in different countries. All the cartoons shown were translated into Russian by OSU international students.
