On April 23, OSU hold a solemn opening of War Heroes Multisport Cup among the academic staff of the Orenburg region universities.
It is timed to the celebration of the victory over Nazi Germany in the Great Patriotic War.
The distincive feature of the competitions is that the participants are not professional athletes, but amateurs who practice sport alongside with their main activities.
Orenburg State University team won War Heroes Cup in a tough struggle. Orenburg State Medical University took the second place, followed by Orenburg State Agrarian University team who finished third.
