According to Irina Moiseeva, today different lecturers-philologists are teaching a young man Russian or Armenian, English or Chinese languages, they are trying to demonstrate all advantages of corresponding cultures, but they are not imparting skills to successfully communicate and work in a multinational, multicultural environment. Particularly these skills provide not only stable development of a person in rapidly changing world of the 21st century but preserving political stability in the society.

The research’s project conducted by OSU scientists considers development of a regional model for linguistic education in Orenburg region taking into account international experience: policy of three languages in Kazakhstan, functioning of the International Organization for Francophonie and linguistic institutions of Israel, and also linguistic traditions of Germany. Authors plan to describe principles, pedagogical conditions, content, methodical and pedagogical assistance and proposed learning results in native and foreign languages taking into account national and regional features of Orenburg region.
