OSU Tops Rating of Russian Universities

OSU took the first place in the annual ranking of the most active universities on the use of Electronic Library System “University Library Online”, conducted by the “Direct-Media” company.
Russian HEIs at the rate of 550 participated in the ranking; according to the results, a list of 20 most effective universities was formed.
When compiling the rating, 8 indicators were taken into account: the number of registered users, students, teachers using ELS actively, the number of books requested and the volume read in the university, activity in the use of multimedia content, the number of search queries, the volume of books read per student and the average cost of one book annually.
