OSU Graduate Ildar Galiyev is studying an artificial intelligence at the American university.

The former student of OSU Faculty for Mathematics and IT continues his study in one of the premium and valuable university of North America — The George Washington University that is located close to the White House and the U. S. Department of State.

Ildar said that he is studying at Informatics Faculty and he will get increased scholarship during the first year thanks to the knowledge gained in Orenburg State University.

— My field of study but rather area of focus is — “Machine Learning and Data-mining”. The graduation thesis presented in OSU is closely related to these topics, that’s why I continue working in this field and study designing, algorithms’ analysis, statistics, artificial intelligence and cognition, — Ildar told. — I am working as a teaching assistant at the IT Department — I check home tasks of bachelors on programming and answer their questions. Most of all I like machine learning. I think that this subject is the simplest one, probably, because I have a lot of experience in this area already.
