At the Meeting with Vladimir Putin

OSU scientist Ramil Rakhmatullin took part in the meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with business community of the region. His invention — biomaterial on the basis of hyaluronic acid (bioskin) — is well-known far beyond Russia. Ramil thanked the President and the Governor for the real support of university’s science and his research team particularly.

He has also noticed that one of the involvement mechanism for extra-budgetary funds is establishing of small innovative enterprises at universities base, — OSU scientist addressed to the President. — It is a complicated procedure to coordinate a rent with Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation; there are also difficulties in attracting investment especially private one. Vladimir Vladimirovich, is it possible to organize a “single-window system” of Federal Ministry of Education and Science for scientists-entrepreneurs, where it will be possible to solve the whole complex of issues?

According to Ramil Rakhmatullin, Vladimir Putin has admitted that he didn’t know about such problems with rent of universities’ rooms and gave a promise to solve these problems.
