Civilized Fundamentals of Cooperation with Central Asia Were Discussed

The Second International Research and Practice Conference "Civilized and Historical Fundamentals of Humanitarian Cooperation between Russia and Countries of Central Asia" (mark the centenary of the uprising 1916) was conducted in Orenburg at the end of May.

The moderators were: Research Institute of the History and Ethnography of the Southern Urals (OSU), Russian State University for the Humanities, Post-Soviet Space Research and Information Center (MSU), "Sever-Yug" Politology Center supported by the Intergovernmental Foundation for Educational, Scientific and Cultural Cooperation (IFESCCO). Scientists from Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, as well as representatives of state administration in Orenburg region, regional diaspora association, public men and students took part in the event.

This conference became a continuation of international meeting between scientists that was held at the History Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University in September 2015 within the framework of the complex project "Russia — Kazakhstan — Kyrgyzstan: Common Historical Space".
