Six OSU Scientists in Top-100 RSCI

Six OSU professors were included into Top-100 rating of the most quoted Russian scientists according to RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index) data.

Venaliy Amelin — Director of OSU Scientific Research Institute of South Ural History and Ethnography, Doctor of Historical Sciences, takes the 30^th place in section "Religion. Atheism". Associate Professor of Personnel Management, Service and Tourism Department, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences Dmitriy Timofeev, takes the 38^th place on "Work Safety".

Two scientists are in TOP-100 in two sections at once: Anatoliy Skalniy — Professor of Biochemistry and Microbiology Department takes the 56^th place on "Biology" and the 82^nd on "Medicine and Health Service"; Head of Statistics and Econometrics Department Doctor of Economics Vladimir Afanasyev takes the 60^th place on "Demography" and the 71^st — on "Statistics". Galina Kolomiyets — Professor of Philosophy and Cultural Studies Department, Doctor of Philosophy takes the 89^th place in section "Art. Art Criticism", and Associate Professor of General Engineering Department of Buzuluk Humanitarian and Technological Institute (OSU branch) Elena Frolova is on the 97^th place in the section "Standardization".
