29.02.16
Valentina Kuznetsova, Associate Professor of OSU Department for Personnel Management, Service and Tourism, was awarded with grant of Russian Federation Presidentš— Vladimir Putin.
Her project became a winner in competition organized by Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation for government support of young scientistsš— candidates of sciences. Valentina Kuznetsova has offered efficiency improvement for monitoring of scientific products after sales.
— Modern market makes tough demands on production maintenance,š— Valentina explained.š— Scientists have developed different techniques for efficiency improvement in control systems, but our methods have big differences.
Techniques of OSU scientist allow making changes in product construction and process of its production rapidly. It is based on PLM implementationš— applicable software for product lifecycle management and represents continuous quality control and immediate informing of producer and developer about changes in product condition appeared in result of exploitation.
This innovation helps providing quality stability for mechanical engineering products, reducing maintenance costs and thereby increasing competitiveness of scientific products. Besides it will be possible to solve problems of economical efficiency improvement of aviation equipment by means of costs reducing for maintenance and increase of availability factor (product reliability by its modernization).
Total funding of this project is 1.2šmillion rubles. Special equipment and consumable materials will be purchased in the frame of this grant. Projects results will be published in scientific publications of State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles and Scopus. A monitoring centre (database) for designers, customers, and producers will be created in the unified information environment "producerš— operator" according to results. Research in the frame of scientific school supervised by Anatoliy Serdyuk, Professor of OSU Department for Factory Automation System, is conducted on the base of JSC "Strela". Dmitriy Kondusov, programming engineer, deals with software developing.
— It stands to reason that this project (one from Orenburg region) is supported by grant of RF Presidentš— Anatoliy Serdyuk said.š— In my opinion the modern research should base on such cross-disciplinary works that give a synergy for problem solving in the field of import substitution and national economy development. I hope that results of this grant will be useful for engineering enterprises of our country.
