New vocational educational establishment is created on the basis of three OSU educational institutions — College of Electronics and Business, Humanitarian Law College and Industrial Pedagogical College.

All educational programs will be saved. OSU University College will be situated in buildings of former Electronics and Business College (Odesskaya St., 148) and former OSU Industrial Pedagogical College (Tereshkovaya St., 134). Admission committee begins work since June 16, 2015.

New educational institution will accept 647 first-year students, 310 of them — on budgetary basis this year.
