Orenburg State University offered opportunity to know about perspective professions and find a job for students. On the 27^th of November "Job fair — 2014" took place in the university.

Not only city and regional employers, but also representatives of Belgorod and Chelyabinsk regions came on the fair. The head of training center of "EFKO" corporate group Inna Buzyunova and assistant head of personnel department in FSUE "Instrument engineering factory" Yuriy Markov visited OSU again.

OSU Vice-rector for Academic Affairs Alexander Proskurin opened the action. He noted, that record number of bachelors, masters and specialists — more than 6,5 thousand people will graduate next year — it is 1,5 thousand more than previously. And all of them will be puzzled with a choice of future workplace. The vice-rector wished employers worthy personnel and successful employment for students.

The presentation session of more than 20 enterprises and organizations took place in the frame of the fair. The students got acquainted with job offers, filled in CVs and even were interviewed. They had opportunity to learn about working conditions and salary directly from HR specialists.

— I looked for a job on the Internet, but I didn’t find anything. Generally, employers require experience or provide small salary. I hope, fair will help me — 4 year student of OSU Economy and Management Faculty Ekaterina Pautova told.

The students could learn more about profession-oriented enterprises from special presentations. The representatives of LLC "UralElectroStroi", South-Ural LLC "Gasprom Energo", Orenburg Regional Office of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, LLC "Gasprom PodzemRemont Orenburg", LLC "A7 Energo", Investigation Department of RF Investigation Committee in Orenburg region, CJSC "SIH "Likos", LLC "Armada", insurance companies, enterprises of IT and telecommunication sphere told about training programs, enrolment of young professionals, as well as showed presentation movies.

The secrets of career success and leadership principles were revealed on special workshops organized by LLC "Training center "Business initiative" and LLC "BeTri".

The students learned how to fill in CV correctly, behave on interviews, and also take a look at vacancies thanks to consultation of organizers — OSU Graduates assistance and marketing department.

People consider "Job fair" as necessary event — survey results on OSU web-portal showed that about 50 % of students reflect it as opportunity to find a job and 73 % of employers believe this action as the most effective for employees’ search.
