First Year — Practical Placement in Factory!

The students of OSU Aerospace Institute perform their practical training at JSC "Invertor Factory". From 23/06 to 10/07 first-year students of "Design-technology support of machinery production" program received the first skills of factory work.

Seven future developers and technologists completed practical placement at once in several workshops of the factory, among it — welding, shop of metal constructions and equipment production, transformer and reactor equipment. The students admitted that it was great piece of luck to have such opportunity.

— I received here a lot of new information about production aspects and new equipment! — Alexander Ivanov tells. — In practice when you probed everything by hand, independently tried to make simple details you start understanding much more.

According to HR manager of JSC "Invertor Factory" Natalya Gracheva, their enterprise is interested in students of OSU Aerospace Institute for practical placement.

— There are really talented students among them which can be employed in future, — Natalya explains. — Accepting students for educational practice — is the development of our future staff.
