The interuniversity student's competition "I Learn Profession" took place on the basis of OSU Milk and Meat Processing Department with support of OJSC "Meat Cutting Plant "Sorochinskiy".

Students of the 5th year of study OSU Applied Biotechnology and Engineering Faculty and Orenburg State Agrarian University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies are among the participants.

Within the competition students’ teams had to recognize examples of various categories of products: meat, fat, offal, sausages, and also spices. The team could get additional points for the comments devoted to processing technologies of that type of product.

— Tasks didn't seem very difficult because we already studied all this on lectures,š— the participant of OSU team, the student of Applied Biotechnology and Engineering Faculty Venera Rasulova shares impressions.

According to results OSU students' team was a winner, as gathered maximum number of points.
