The unusual parcel from Japan was delivered at Japan Information Centre of OSU. The students of Fukushima primary schools sent it to our university.

There were children's letters, scrolls with hieroglyphs as well as Japanese origami cranes inside a small box. It is known that thousand of origami birds made with love will help to fulfill any wish. As it turned out most of all Japanese pupils want to find friends in Russia.

The children discovered their dreams to teacher Yutaka Ota. He addressed to the branch of "Japan — Russia" Institute in Niigata to help Japanese children communicate with Russian pupils.

Nishimura Kazumi — President of Institute suggested that the school can cooperate with Japan Information Centre of OSU, which was a partner of Institute. The pupils from Japan sent letters to Orenburg with hope to find new friends and learn more about Russia.

Lyudmila Dokashenko — Director of Japan Information Centre said that parcel will be passed to the Lyceum № 5, where students wanted to find friends from Japan.
