French Aspect of Architecture

The meeting with Jean-Paul Masquida — Director of Architectual Bureau "Eurl d'Architecture" and lecturers of Architecture department was organized at OSU on the 7^th of June.

The guest got acquainted with degree works of Architectural and Engineering Faculty students and noted that degree projects were made at high level and it is hard to find disadvantages there. However the French architect considers that there are some problems in the training of future architects whether in Russia or in France. It includes need of cooperation between practical architects and universities. Another problem is superficial knowledge of students. Most commonly they are looking for information on the Internet and do not address to teachers for tutorial.
