The lecturer of British University visits OSU

On the 10th of April the meeting of Karen Hewitt — professor of University of Oxford with Sergey Letuta — Vice-rector for Scientific Research took place in OSU.

The teacher of the oldest University of Great Britain has arrived in our city first time to conduct lectures and seminars in Orenburg State University.

Karen visited Orenburg as coordinator of the project "Modern British Literature in Russian Universities" implemented in OSU with support of "Oxford-Russia" charity fund. Karen Hewitt told about different aspects of modern and classic British literature at the lectures and seminars in OSU. Before the arrival to Orenburg, professor of University of Oxford has visited Orsk where she organized training classes in ОSТU (OSU branch).
