To save someone

On the second of April away event for blood recovery was held in Orenburg State University.

It completed a donor month in OSU. All this month the students, teachers and employees of the University were the donors. The action is aimed to compensate the shortage of blood arising in some regions of our country.

It is important to note that deficit of donor blood is not observed in Orenburg.

— In many higher educational institutions of our region, including OSU, the volunteer donor movement revives, — the head of Orenburg blood unit station S. Perekhvatov said. — The representatives of this movement are nearly the first assistants for us. Thanks to partial people in Orenburg region, there is no deficit of blood and its components.

It is planned to make a regular field blood recovery in OSU and also to hold a donor day at the blood transfusion station biweekly.

This is explained by the wish of volunteers of the coordinating center "Volunteer of OSU" and many other students of the University.
