International Students and Educators FeedbackKathrin Rexford (Groveport, USA) I am honored to have been a guest lecturer at OSU every year since 2003. I look forward to my visit each June, not only to share what I can about the American language, educational system, and culture, but also to continue to learn about Russia for myself. It is important for me to be an ambassador for the US while here as well as to be able to share the “real Russia” with Americans back home. The expertise, professionalism, and eagerness to communicate and learn are evident in every student and faculty member I have met. Orenburg has become my second home filled with many good friends and colleagues; together, I hope we can build a bridge of understanding that will overcome some of the stereotypes our countries have of each other today.
