Admission procedure

Students who do not speak Russian or have an insufficient level of knowledge of the Russian language are accepted to the Faculty of Foreign students` education at Orenburg State University for further study at Russian universities in bachelor's, master's and postgraduate programs.

Submission of an application for training at the Faculty of foreign students` education of Orenbourg state university

1. Send by Email fpig@mail.osu.ru the following package of documents:
• Passport + notarized translation of passport (scanned in color);
• A document of education + a notarized translation (scanned in color);
• of the applicant's completed application form;
• Specify the current phone number and email address.
2. Will receive a response to the application (training contract) by email.
3. After signing the contract and making an advance payment (the receipt is provided to the faculty's mail fpig@mail.osu.ru) the university gives the applicant's documents for the invitation.
4. After enrolling in the list of students of the faculty and receiving an invitation, it is necessary to apply in your country to the embassy or consulate of the Russian Federation for an entry study visa.
5. Upon arrival at OSU, report to the Dean's Office of the Faculty of foreign students` education (Prospekt Pobedy,13 academic building №16, 2nd floor, office 16209) with the following documents required for further registration:
• passport and a notarized copy of the passport translation into Russian;
• the original document of the previous education and its notarized translation into Russian;
• the result of a PCR test for COVID-19 taken within the last 72 hours;
• 4 color photos (3×4 cm);
• financial means necessary to pay for education, medical insurance and accommodation.
