Common Facility Center “Institute of Micro and NANO Technologies” was founded in 2005. The Institute provides renting services for laboratory equipment as well as research assistance and high-level training. The research team focuses on technology development of synthesis of submicron atom-molecule structures and their physicochemical properties and to design new multifunctional elements. The Institute has a unique equipment like kinetic spectrofluorimetrics and spectrometry, dynamic holography, spectral devices and metricspectral laboratory, tunnel electron and atomic force microscopy.
