Department of International Cooperation and Education Development
The OSU International Programs and Projects Department was established in Januaryš2004. The department is responsible for OSU international scientific and educational cooperation, as well as, the outcomes from cooperative educational and scientific activities.
The department provides information and consultations concerning international programs, thus successfully promoting intellectual resources and elite specialists at OSU.

Foreign Language Courses
The department organizes foreign language courses (English, French, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, Chinese).
Foreign language classes are conducted in groups (8–10špeople) corresponding with the students’ knowledge of the language and goals (beginners, elementary, intermediate, advanced, IELTS, TOEFL training). Educational programs include 24šcredits. Classes are conducted at time off in OSU rooms. The best OSU teachers and native speakers help students study the languages. Many students passed IELTS and TOEFL due to these successful courses. The department provides Russian language for foreigners, can issue different kinds of certificates.
Academic Mobility Encouragement for OSU Students and Staff
The International Programs and Projects Department encourages OSU students and staff toward academic mobility. Department specialists advise on international education opportunities, joint scientific research, and grants. Information concerning international scientific and educational programs, as well as grants, can be found on OSU website and are regularly renewed.
